Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain, CI & IOM (CI & IOM online entry only) 16 years old and over only, excluding employees and their families of Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd , PepsiCo Inc or their affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

2. To enter on-line: Fill in the form on Pepsimaxcast.com and upload your photo, or video URL, with a short explanation of your Max It Moment and your personal details.

3. There is no limit to the amount of entries per person.

4. There is one prize of a Meeting The Hoosiers at their London studio, and listening to the Final version of the Album. Travel arrangements to and from the venue, plus an overnight stay will also be included. Full details will be emailed to you upon winning the promotion. As the album is still being recorded, the date of this promotion is still TBC, but is likely to be around Christmas time.

5. Winner’s details for delivery of prize will be retrieved by email within 1 working day of win notification. Whilst all reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners, if this cannot be achieved within 3 days the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award any prize to a substitute drawn at the same time as the original.

6. Prize-winners may be required to participate in publicity with regards to the Maxcast blog.

7. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The Promoter may collect personal information for the purpose of administering this Promotion. We will not share your details with other organisations. In administering this Promotion, the Promoter will not collect more of your personal information than absolutely necessary. The Promoter may like to share with you information on other Britvic products, including promotions, free offers and money off schemes. By entering this Promotion you agree to the collection and use of your data in this manner.
